Centauro offers an à la carte menu, designed for guests who have spent the morning on a winery experience or mountain tour.

A wine list featuring 110 labels, including more than 50 premium selections.

A cocktail bar with classic and signature drinks, offering a curated selection of imported whiskies from around the world.

CORPORATE GASTRONOMIC PROPOSAL:

CENTAURO offers groups a 4-course menu designed to deliver a fine dining experience lasting approximately 2 hours. It includes pairings selected by our sommelier, vegetarian adaptations and non-alcoholic pairings.

The main course features a veal paired with three styles of Malbec spanning the Uco Valley, ideal for showcasing a terroir expression across its diverse sub-regions.

CENTAURO TASTING MENU PROPOSAL:

An 8-course journey designed by the Chef to deliver a MICHELIN-level experience, where creativity and technical precision come together in a nuanced menu that aims to surprise our guests and reveal the finest expression of the Restaurant.

A team trained in the world's best restaurants elevates Mendoza to a new dimension. This proposal includes a premium pairing and a classic pairing, both curated by our sommelier, plus two signature cocktails designed specifically for the experience.

Una Barra de cocteles clásicos y signature, que ofrece una selección de Whiskys Importados de todo el mundo.

PROPUESTA GASTRONOMICA CORPORATIVA

CENTAURO ofrece para grupos un menú de 4 pasos diseñados para tener una experiencia de Alta cocina que tenga una duración de 2 horas. Incluye maridajes seleccionados por nuestro sommelier y adaptaciones vegetarianas y maridajes sin alcohol.

El plato principal será una ternera maridada con tres tipos de Malbec que recorrerán el Valle De UCO, ideal para mostrar una expresión del Terroir en sus diversos territorios.

Es una propuesta de 8 pasos diseñada por el Chef para vivenciar una experiencia MICHELIN, la creatividad y precisión técnica se conjugan en un menú lleno de matices que busca sorprender a nuestros comensales y mostrar la mejor expresión del Restaurante.

El equipo formado en los mejores Restaurantes del Mundo eleva la plaza de Mendoza hacia una nueva dimensión. Esta propuesta cuenta con un maridaje alta gama y un maridaje clasico seleccionado por nuestro sommelier. La propuesta incluye dos cocteles signature diseñados para la misma.
